Order details — the package you selected, names, stories, occasions, and any other content you provide so we can create your song.
Communications — messages you send us regarding your order or revisions.

Payment card details are collected directly by Paddle (our Merchant of Record) and are not stored on our systems.

3. How we use it

To create and deliver your custom song (contract performance).
To respond to your inquiries and provide customer support (contract / legitimate interests).
To prevent fraud and secure the site (legitimate interests).
To comply with legal and tax obligations (legal obligation).
To improve our service (legitimate interests).

4. Who we share it with

Paddle — our Merchant of Record, which handles payments, billing, tax compliance, invoicing, and refunds.
